A card from Edith written on an evening when John was going to be entertained at the Hippo. He enjoyed variety theatre. One of his grandsons lived with him in the early 1970's and says that they watched Monty Pythons Flying Circus together and says that John found the show very funny.

A post card from Lily Streeter, was she on a day trip to Littlehampton or on holiday? There was no evidence of thatched cottages and herded sheep in Church Street when Google took their street view car that way in 2015.
