The Horsham Recreation Silver Band 1907
A postcard from Mary Goodridge of the Horsham Recreation Silver Band of 1907. John had been to a performance of the band in the summer of that year.

Windsor Castle
Edith visited Windsor Castle in August 1908. In 1960 John's elder daughter moved to a house in Eton Wick that is less than 2 miles from the Castle.

Brighton Motor Trials July 1905
The inaugural Brighton Motor Trials were held in July 1905. This card was posted in Hassocks, but no message of signature of sender. It is however postmarked twice, the first at 8.45 pm in Hassocks and the second 45 minutes later in Brighton.
