Looking at the people in my grandfather's life in the early 1900's through his Edwardian post card collection.

Roundwood Park, Harlesden
A card from Lily Streeter, the chicken are laying large eggs! Her son Reg, was born on September 13th 1906 so would have been two years old when he enjoyed these eggs. I wonder if Lily confused the address as the Goodridge Butchers shop in Richmond Street was at No.6, the Postman must have got it to the correct place though!
December 9th 1908 was a Wednesday.
